Dog Adoption Application

Adoption Fee $300

You can meet our animals at adoption days, which are held every Saturday from 12pm to 4pm at the Petco in Piscataway. PLEASE NOTE: We will NOT be at the Piscataway Petco on Saturday, April 27, 2013. Come visit us at Rutgers Day instead on the campus of Rutgers University.

All of our dogs are:

• 1. up-to-date with age -appropriate vaccinations
• 2. on heartworm preventative
• 3. on flea/tick preventative
• 4.  spayed or neutered
• 5. microchipped
