There were dozens of dogs and their humans dressed up in hilarious outfits. One of our volunteer&#8217;s personal dogs, Sam, (above) earned second place with his lifeguard costume!<\/p>\n<p>We brought many of our foster dogs with us, including <a href=\"http:\/\/www.petfinder.com\/petdetail\/19795105\">Hazel<\/a> (below.) She was quite the crowd pleaser! We met lots of people interested in helping homeless pets.
